Outside the area?
Portable lamps can be shipped to us. Pack the base separately from the shade, remove the bulb, and call first so we can advise on the safest packing for glass or ceramic bodies. We return shipment insured at cost.
Response times
Allen and immediately adjoining cities usually get an in-home slot within the same week. Outer communities are scheduled around routing, typically within seven to ten days. Anything with a burning smell or heat damage is treated as urgent and moved to the front of the list.
